Well Being Wheel

To use the Well Being Wheel, mark how satisfied or how well you feel you are functioning in each area of the wheel.  Start at the center with 0 being "not satisfied," counting out toward each edge to 10 being the most satisfaction possible.  When you have marked each section, draw a line to connect the dots to create your own personal well being wheel.  Notice how round your wheel turns out.... Ideally, you will have all 10's creating a perfectly round wheel.  What areas need your attention in order for you to achieve well-being in all areas of your life?
